How did I help them discover identifying few challenges to explore one to take it forward:
How does HR be a business partner to business in true sense?

Facilitated micro-learning exploration moments with powerful techniques, apt case studies to help them stretch their thinking & bring Multi diverse HR leaders in action.

During the discovery phase to challenge the ATS green group challenge from different perspectives & churn out compelling insights.

Multi diversity is needed to get out of box ideas, identify the right challenge & solving the right problem with radical collaboration to overcome entrenched biases.

What I heard from them:
Design Thinking takes into account, even minutest of the problems, while diagnosing.
The importance of empathy while trying to understand the problems from user perspectives.
Challenging and Overcoming our own assumptions.

I really hope other HR teams start adopting this to see how it can bring value to them and their organisation!
