As a Facilitator, designed an experience for a wonderfully bright audience of close to 200 employees from Accenture consulting including Senior Leaders, Managing Directors, Managment Consultants, HR, Change Management, Change and Organizational Analytics, Experience Design, Communication, Learning and Development. It is challenging when you are expected to bring their focus and exhibit experiential learning with maximum interaction especially on a topic like ‘How is Design Thinking fueling creativity, innovation, transforming different industries and businesses today?’ In design Thinking workshops,90% of the time you experience by learning and by doing . To achieve this :I began with an intense activity to shift their perspective where they were learning by experiencing. During the session, gave a flavour of diverse case studies by asking right and powerful questions. Consulting organizations with their close proximity with customer can highly utilize the powerful approach of Design Thinking for bringing in the required business and portfolio transformaion for the customer.
